My family and I had a wonderful stay in a traditional Japanese tatami room with stunning views of the nearby mountains and lake. Although it was a little far from the restaurants, we were impressed with the on-site Chinese restaurant and delicious breakfast on the upper floor. The hotel's friendly and professional staff were always on hand to assist us with anything we needed. The onsen was a highlight of our stay, and we appreciated the availability of individual dining rooms. We also loved catching a glimpse of the nightly fireworks from our room during the summer months.
One slight drawback was that there was some noise from the nearby traffic on the main road.

Spent my Xmas holiday at a hotel in a breathtaking location with fantastic amenities. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel offered rental bikes that were perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast was delicious with both Western and Japanese breakfast items, and the lake view made the experience even more enjoyable.
The sound of traffic from the main road, which could be heard in some areas of the hotel. The hotel was also going through some construction, which was a little inconvenient.

The view from the room was stunning, with a picturesque lake and mountains surrounding the hotel. The onsen was also a nice experience, with various types of baths available for guests. the hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and there is a shuttle bus available.
The construction happening near the hotel made it difficult to relax and enjoy the stay. The noise was constant and disturbing.

The staff were friendly and well-trained, and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices and a beautiful view of the nearby lake. Additionally, the shuttle buses and bike rentals made transportation easy.
